Susan Dwyer is an artist and designer from Chicago, IL. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her sculptures embody energetic moments of closeness, pressure, and interconnectedness using simple materials like plaster, cardboard, and acrylic. Dwyer lives with her daughter, husband and cat in West Town where she enjoys the challenge of making work in her basement studio.
